1. Consultations

Each consultation is scheduled for 45 minutes. During this time, our registered migration agents and lawyers will: Listen to your migration goals, Assess your current eligibility, Recommend the most suitable migration pathway, Provide strategic advice to strengthen your application, Discuss next steps in your visa or migration process.

Our goal is to ensure you receive personalised, clear, and actionable migration guidance.

2. Online Harassment Policy

Lawrence Migration maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of: Disrespect, Harassment, Aggression, Violence, Discrimination

In the event of any such behaviour, our team reserves the right to immediately terminate the consultation. No refund will be provided under these circumstances.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

-Cancellations must be made using the link provided in your confirmation email and followed up with written notice to admin@lawrencemigration.com.

-Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation will be refunded in full.

-Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

-Clients requesting to reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the original time will incur a $100.00 administrative fee.

-The consultation fee is not deductible from any future visa applications.

-If you choose not to proceed with our services after the consultation and have more questions later, a new consultation will be required.

4. Lawrence Migration-Initiated Changes

Occasionally, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will:

-Notify you as soon as possible;

-Offer the earliest available alternative with one of our qualified team members;

-Ensure minimal disruption to your consultation process.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such rare instances.
